New Baltimore Justice Court has jurisdiction over traffic violations such as speeding tickets and misdemeanors such as aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree [AUO 3rd ] occurring within the Town of New Baltimore. New Baltimore Justice Court is in session each Tuesday starting at 4:00 P.M. The Court has two judges- Honorable Joseph A. Farrell, Jr. and Honorable Joseph Cosenza. Judge Farrell has been on the bench since 1991. Judge Cosenza has been on the Bench since 2006. Each Judge is elected to a four year term.
The Court Clerk’s Office is open Monday through Friday 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 PM. Lynn Taylor is the New Baltimore Justice Court Clerk. Sheri Jourdin is the New Baltimore Justice Court Deputy Clerk. Fines may be paid by credit card over the telephone, certified bank check, money order or cash.
The Greene County District Attorney’s office is responsible for prosecuting all criminal cases pending in New Baltimore Justice Court.
