New York Courts: Colonie Justice Court in Albany County

New Baltimore Justice Court is in session each Tuesday starting at 4:00 P.M. The Court has two judges- Honorable Joseph A. Farrell, Jr. and Honorable Joseph Cosenza. Judge Farrell has been on the bench since 1991. Judge Cosenza has been on the Bench since 2006. Each Judge is elected to a four year term.
